Refund & Return Policy

At Brave Heart Supply, we take pride in preparing every care package with care, quality, and attention to detail. Because many of our products contain food items, hygiene products, and personalized messages, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds.

Care Package Orders

All care packages are final sale once they have been processed or shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Food and snack products
  • Personal care and hygiene items
  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Handwritten message services
  • Subscription shipments that have already been processed

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of any damaged items or packaging

We will review each case individually and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Subscription Products

Mail Gram subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan.

Customers may cancel future subscription shipments at any time through their customer account or by contacting our support team before the next billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, that month's charge is non-refundable.

Subscriptions that are advertised as fixed-term plans automatically conclude after the final scheduled shipment unless renewed by the customer.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses may vary due to military postal operations and circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Military mail processing
  • Weather events
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs or security inspections
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Returned Packages

Packages returned because of incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
