Purchase & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Brave Heart Supply. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Purchases
All orders are processed after checkout confirmation. Once an order enters processing or has been fulfilled, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses, is accurate at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Subscription Purchases
Subscription products (such as the Mail Gram Care Subscription) operate on a recurring billing schedule.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:
- Monthly billing based on your selected plan
- One care package shipped per billing cycle
- A fixed subscription duration (if applicable)
Subscriptions may be set to:
- Monthly recurring billing for a fixed term (e.g., 3 months), or
- Ongoing monthly billing until canceled
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel subscription renewals at any time before the next billing cycle begins.
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped for the current billing period, that cycle cannot be canceled or refunded.
To avoid future charges, cancellations must be completed before the next billing date.
One-Time Orders
One-time purchases cannot be canceled once processing has begun. This includes all care packages and gift box orders.
Address Changes
Shipping address changes must be requested before an order is processed.
Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to redirect or modify delivery addresses.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided in cases where:
- Items are damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect items were shipped
- Orders were not received due to carrier error (verified case-by-case)
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
